My elderly mother was treated with complete respect and the optician went out of his way to explain the tests he would do and what the results meant. She was amazed at the care and attention that she received and would definitely recommend this department at Meadowhall.

My optometrist ( Ghulam Akram ) was brilliant. Easily the best I have ever seen- and I have seen many over the years. His explanation was extremely innovative and left me in no doubt about the results of my test.

Fatima (optician)& Ella((glasses) were very helpful in helping my decisions and another lady whose name I didn't get was very supportive as I explained my health situation (she arranged a consultation on health with my wife who was present during my visit)

there was a delay of about 20 minutes before being seen by the optometrist (the appointment was for my elderly mother) - the department was vert busy. However we were kept informed and updated on the waiting time on several occaisions. We did not mind the wait. Mum had a very thorough examination and the findings were explained to us , we were not rushed and the staff were very kind and patient.

I've just returned home after a fantastic experience at Boots Opticians Meadowhall. I was told there'd be a small wait as they'd had a few emergency appointments, but in actual fact I wasn't I barely waited at all. All the staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My optician, Fatima, was brilliant and talked me through the process as she performed it. I felt a much better understanding of what I was being checked for and why than I've had in any previous eye test elsewhere. I was given a prescription by Fatima before Charlotte helped me with costing and frames. All in all, I'd highly recommend Boots Opticians Meadowhall. It was fast yet thorough and I left with a clear understanding of my prescription.
